Aural Phixation at The Zephyr

Hey! There's another incredible show just in time for the weekend !

Aural Phixation a local progressive Rock band, will be playing on Saturday, June 30 at 10pm at The Zephyr Lounge.

The band consists of brothers Chase and Chet Carpenter, chase on drums and Chet on lead guitar, and Brandon Williams on bass.

The three friends have been playing together for the past few years but have recently began playing publicly
with a number of gigs at the Zephyr.

Aural Phixation will perform a brand new set of songs on Saturday featuring Atlanta based singer-songwriter Matt Taylor, who provides his original pieces and vocals.

"An ecliptic mix of blues, funk and rock and roll, with a dash of metal," Taylor said of the group of instrumentalists, "It's going to be a good time."

Black hearts for blue skies
, an indie rock band and Fast Computers, an electro-indie pop band, both from Oregon will open the show.

Matt Taylor was in the rock band Rook in his hometown Atlanta, Georgia.

Doors open a 9pm. It should be a great show, I'm excited and I'll see you there!
